Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. We accept items returned within 14 days of delivery, if 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND REFUND

• Items are postmarked after 14 days of the confirmed delivery date
• Intimate or sanitary goods such as underwear
• Promotional items
• Items marked as final sale
• Item in worn, washed or defective condition
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, gift, sales or promotional items cannot be refunded

REFUNDS

In the event of a return, please provide us with the tracking information. Once your return is received and inspected, we willreimburse you full cost of item less shipping charges.

Please allow at least 10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. You will be notified once your refund is processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
